I notice people throughout the day that I wish I could invite to join our team. Sometimes they look tired, or anxious, or overweight and I just wish there was a good way to say to them, "If you would like to feel better, why don't you give Team Vegan a try?" The Kind Life website had a story about a woman who turned her life around by adopting a macrobiotic diet and getting rid of the intestinal problems she was having. Although a macrobiotic diet focuses more on eating less processed foods, than on just eating plant-based foods, it has many things in common with a vegan diet. I hope many more people will stumble into plant-based eating and pass the word along to others who have not been as lucky.
