As the new year begins, I look back on the old year and take stock of how closely I have followed my intentions to eat a plant-based diet and follow a vegan lifestyle. I am still having trouble avoiding cheese and baked goods that may contain butter and/or eggs. But overall, I feel pretty good about my choices and will continue to try my hardest to eat and live vegan this year. I hope you have found some doable goals for yourself that will make you feel healthier and happier this year as well.
